Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return most eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received Returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging In resalable condition (including any accessories, manuals, and parts)
  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date (date shown on tracking)
Some items are not eligible for return:
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate apparel or health/sanitary items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Gift cards and downloaded digital products (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact our support team with:
  • Your order number
  • Item name/SKU
  • Reason for the return
  • Invoice
We will respond with an authorization or return merchandise authorization (RMA) and instructions, including whether a prepaid return label will be provided (for defective/damaged items or wrong item delivered) or if you must cover return shipping. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include any accessories, and attach the RMA outside the package.

Processing Your Return

Items returned without an RMA or outside the 7-day window may be rejected or returned to you at your expense. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the return meets the eligibility criteria above, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, or as store credit if you prefer (and if available).
Processing time: refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.<> Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color if stock allows. If the desired exchange is unavailable, you may choose a refund or apply the value toward a different item.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer. We will provide a prepaid label when the return is due to a defective item, a wrong item, or an error on our part. For all other returns, you may choose standard shipping or your preferred service at your expense.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage/defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.
